This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Construction Business Development Specialist, located in Rochester, MN, with some work from home flexibility. The specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities through lead generation and market research, maintaining strong customer relationships, and promoting the company's design/build and value‑engineering services. Day‑to‑day tasks include meeting potential clients, presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs.
