This individual will be responsible for developing quality, compelling proposals in collaboration with Sales team members and subject matter experts throughout the organization.

This individual will focus on understanding and representing the health plan, including the company’s mission and vision, community presence, core products and services, and continuous advancements.

Responsibilities include high-quality writing, editing, proofing, SME relationship development (subject matter expertise, outreach, and engagement), use and management of content library, Qvidian (proactive, during RFP [initial and all updates], post-submission, and according to FOIA analysis), managing proposal templates and sample materials and supporting proposal production.

• Bachelor’s degree

• 2 years of marketing and publics relations required.
• Strong writing and editing skills.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is: $53,248 – $88,753.6. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
