Management and Strategy Consultant

The Management and Strategy Consultant provides strategic advisory services to internal stakeholders or external clients to improve business performance, optimize operations, and support long-term growth initiatives. This role analyzes organizational challenges, develops data-driven recommendations, and partners with leadership to implement strategic solutions. The consultant operates in a fully remote environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and executive leadership to deliver measurable business impact.

• Conduct comprehensive business assessments and strategic analyses

• Develop and present data-driven recommendations to executive stakeholders

• Lead strategic initiatives including market expansion, operational optimization, and organizational transformation

• Perform financial modeling, competitive analysis, and risk assessments

• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and strategic planning sessions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement approved strategies

• Develop performance metrics and monitor post-implementation results

• Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and board-ready materials

• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, revenue growth, and process improvements

• Support change management and communication strategies

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field

• 5–8 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business advisory roles

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

• Experience working directly with senior leadership or C-level executives

• Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

• Ability to manage multiple client engagements or strategic projects simultaneously

• Experience working effectively in a remote and collaborative environment

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or advanced degree

• Experience with top-tier consulting firms or corporate strategy departments

• Knowledge of change management frameworks

• Industry specialization (e.g., healthcare, technology, financial services, manufacturing)

• Project management certification (PMP or equivalent)

• Annual Salary Range: $120,000 – $170,000 USD
