Responsibilities
  • Develop sophisticated benefit design and renewal strategies to address complex client issues
  • Collaborate with account management on pre-renewal strategy, RFP distribution, and post-renewal analysis
  • Maintain accountability for revenue and profitability of client accounts and projects
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers
  • Ensure client service teams exceed client expectations and monitor project success
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of benefits consulting experience
  • Valid life and health insurance license
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Up-to-date knowledge on Health Care Reform and health insurance products
  • Practical knowledge of the quoting process and tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with database applications
