- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, small team environment while managing multiple responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with recruiting, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and/or HR technology
- Self-motivated with a strong problem-solving mindset
