This role plays a crucial part in analyzing business processes and supporting organizational change management initiatives within a vital program. The Business Solutions Analyst will work closely with various stakeholders to document processes, assess changes, and ensure that deliverables meet the evolving needs of the program.

• Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Collect and interpret data related to process performance, cost, quality, and stakeholder impact.
• Apply structured analytical processes to IT and business transformation initiatives.
• Document current ("as‑is") and future ("to‑be") business processes supporting operations.
• Assist with gap analysis and readiness assessments related to organizational and system changes.
• Support development of business artifacts including process flows, workflows, and documentation.
• Support the execution of change management activities including assessments, planning, and strategies.
• Assist in the development of change management plans, communication materials, and training-related artifacts.
• Help track and measure change effectiveness using agreed-upon metrics and success criteria.
• Support corrective actions and continuous improvement efforts as needed.

• 5 years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects.
• 3 years of experience in business systems analysis and design.
• Bachelor’s degree (additional qualifying experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis).
• 3 years of hands‑on experience applying Organizational Change Management methodologies to IT initiatives.
• Experience supporting public‑sector, health, or human services programs preferred.
