What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery by defining scope, objectives, success criteria, and governance
  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and risk management strategies
  • Build and manage strategic supplier relationships to drive collaboration and long-term value creation
  • Oversee supplier performance through KPI and SLA tracking, vendor scorecards, and compliance monitoring
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for supplier-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and continuity of service
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 6+ years of experience in project management, supplier relationship management, or a related strategic operations role
  • Demonstrated experience leading small to large-scale, cross-functional projects from initiation through execution
  • Proven track record of influencing partners across functions, including Procurement, Legal, Risk, and IT
  • Strong executive presentation skills, including communicating status updates and risks to senior leaders
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risk while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience supporting Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or Workforce programs
  • Experience working in HR technology platforms (e.g., Workday, Phenom)
  • PMP, PgMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or other project management certification
  • Experience leading change management initiatives in collaboration with formal change practitioners
  • Actively shapes company culture through participation in employee resource groups or volunteering
