Supplier Relationship and Project Manager, Talent Acquisition - Remote

• Lead end-to-end project delivery by defining scope, objectives, and success criteria to ensure clear direction and measurable outcomes
• Develop and implement detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies
• Build and manage strategic supplier relationships to drive collaboration and innovation
• Monitor supplier performance through KPI tracking and compliance monitoring
• Serve as the primary escalation point for supplier-related issues, ensuring timely resolution

• 6+ years of experience in project management, supplier relationship management, or a related strategic operations role
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects from initiation through execution
• Proven track record of managing strategic supplier relationships, including performance reviews and contract renewals
• Strong executive presentation skills for communicating updates and recommendations to senior leaders
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related programs
• Experience working with HR technology platforms (e.g., Workday, AI-enabled tools)
• PMP, PgMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or other project management certification
• Experience leading change management initiatives and building a Supplier Performance Management framework
• Active participation in employee resource groups or community volunteering
