About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven Studio Operations + Facilities Lead to manage daily operations and long-term projects for our office spaces. This role is fully onsite and responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, safe, and highly functional environment that supports product development, content creation, and team collaboration.
This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for building operations, oversee studio functionality, manage supplies and inventory, and lead ongoing improvements to workspace infrastructure. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and takes pride in building systems that support operational excellence.
You Will Studio Operations & Daily Management- Manage day-to-day operations of the studio and office space.
- Retrieve, open, sort, and organize all incoming packages and deliveries.
- Own communication with building management, maintenance teams, and cleaning staff.
- Ensure studio and office spaces remain clean, organized, and fully operational, including daily trash/recycling coordination.
- Own sanitization standards and cleaning protocols in partnership with building management and cleaning staff.
- Monitor and maintain healthy indoor air quality, including VOC tracking and implementation of air quality improvements as needed.
- Handle team requests related to workspace setup, space needs, and studio functionality.
- Order and replenish office supplies to ensure the space is consistently stocked.
- Manage inventory and replenishment of office and kitchen supplies, including toiletries, snacks, beverages, and shared essentials.
- Support the product design team by maintaining appropriate stock levels.
- Establish organized storage systems to ensure easy access and accurate tracking of materials. Proactively assess usage trends to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Coordinate and oversee furniture sourcing, retrieval, assembly, and installation.
- Oversee small-scale construction, buildouts, and physical space improvements.
- Lead painting projects and physical space improvements as required.
- Oversee installation and ongoing management of electronic lock systems.
- Coordinate air quality upgrades.
- Ensure safe installation and hazard-proofing of lighting setups for the photo studio.
- Identify and proactively address facility risks, safety concerns, and operational inefficiencies.
- Lead facilities-related initiatives for the Design Studio buildout.
- Manage vendor coordination and onsite logistics for renovation and upgrade projects.
- Support space expansion and reconfiguration efforts as the team grows.
- Experience in studio operations, facilities management, office management, or similar hands‑on operational roles.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple operational workflows.
- Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and building management.
- Comfort with light construction tasks, furniture assembly, and physical workspace setup.
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and environmental quality considerations (air quality, ventilation, hazard mitigation).
- A proactive, ownership‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, creative environment.
- Physical ability to lift, move, and assemble furniture and equipment as needed.
