Program Manager

New Mom School is a growing postpartum education and support studio that exists to take care of moms during one of the most transformative times in life. Our classes are designed to help new and expecting moms feel confident, supported, and connected as they navigate pregnancy, birth, and the early months with their baby. Position Overview

The Program Manager is responsible for the operational and sales performance of the Pasadena studio. This person owns the CRM, manages the class schedule and instructor pipeline, executes Bumps & Bagels events (our prenatal program preview), and ensures every lead is followed up with intention and care.

You will be the central hub of communication between moms, instructors, visiting experts, and studio leadership.

Schedule & Compensation

Part-time position, approximately 20 hours per week

Must be able to work onsite at the Pasadena studio

Some remote work may be permitted based on responsibilities

Some weekend availability required for events and special programming

Compensation: $25 per hour plus performance-based bonus opportunities tied to enrollment and revenue growth

Key Responsibilities CRM & Systems Management
  • Full ownership of Momence CRM administration
  • Maintain accurate lead tracking and pipeline management
  • Manage all lead stages and automation
  • Ensure every inquiry receives timely, personal follow-up
  • Track enrollment, retention, and referral metrics
  • Generate weekly reports on leads, conversions, and class fill rates
Sales & Enrollment
  • Proactively follow up with all leads via text, phone, email, and social
  • Guide moms through class selection and enrollment
  • Ask for the sale confidently and professionally
  • Support retention and referrals within each cohort
  • Identify enrollment gaps and create action plans to fill classes
Class Cohort & Schedule Management
  • Build and maintain forward-looking cohort schedules
  • Ensure proper pipeline of Infant, Toddler, and specialty classes
  • Manage instructor and visiting expert scheduling
  • Coordinate calendar updates inside Momence and social platforms
  • Ensure minimum enrollment thresholds are met for class viability
Bumps & Bagels Ownership
  • Bumps & Bagels is our program preview offering
  • Full execution of monthly Bumps & Bagels events
  • Manage event promotion, registration, and reminder campaigns
  • Coordinate vendors, instructors, and guest speakers
  • Ensure strong event attendance and post-event conversion
  • Track conversion rate from event to enrollment
Social Media & Community Engagement
  • Manage studio Instagram account
  • Create and schedule content promoting classes and events
  • Respond to DMs and inquiries promptly

    Highlight instructors, visiting experts, and community partnerships
  • Support local outreach and relationship building
Requirements
  • Previous sales experience required
  • Strong follow-up skills and comfort asking for enrollment
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Tech savvy and comfortable learning new platforms
  • Experience with CRM systems preferred
  • Customer service mindset and warm communication style
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Event planning or event management experience is a plus
