What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery by defining scope, objectives, success criteria, and governance
  • Develop and implement detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies
  • Build and manage strategic supplier relationships to drive collaboration and long‑term value
  • Monitor project performance, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for supplier-related issues, collaborating with various departments for timely resolution
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 6+ years of experience in project management, supplier relationship management, or a related strategic operations role
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, cross‑functional projects from initiation through execution
  • Proven track record of influencing partners across functions including Procurement, Legal, Risk, and IT
  • Strong executive presentation skills for communicating updates and recommendations to senior leaders
  • Proficiency with project management tools and visualization tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience supporting Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or Workforce programs
  • Exposure to AI governance, technology risk assessments, or vendor security/compliance reviews
  • PMP, PgMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or other project management certification
  • Experience leading change management initiatives
  • Actively shapes company culture through participation in employee resource groups or volunteering
