Develops and manages commercial strategy for key digital oncology solutions including developing and executing commercialization plans, monitoring business success, and modifying strategies.
Role Responsibilities- Develops full commercialization plan for products including sales strategy, pricing, quoting, contractual obligations, delivery and support
- Coordinates sales execution with regional teams
- Executes Pricebook and internal processes
- Monitors sales activity
- Analyses business success and makes strategic recommendations
- Long term planning with marketing and product team coordination for business changes and growth
- Supports business case execution
- Comfortable navigating across cross functional teams like Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, Security, Sales to discuss pricebook offerings and gather buy in
- Experience with working in, building, and maintaining pricebook technologies, especially in medical devices and software
- Ability to translate complex offerings into pricebook implementations, clear messaging, line items, and solutions to enable sales success
- Some experience in Cloud or managed services (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, on-premises+IT services) with a basic understanding of the concept and differences between them
- Experience in healthcare space a plus
- Experiencing pricing complex software products and medical devices
- Bachelor’s degree Business or related, and 2+ years of relevant experience
- Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Exercise sound judgment and problem-solving skills
- Take responsibility and work independently, as well as help coordinate team efforts
- Demonstrate patience, tact, and courtesy with a variety of customers and personalities

The Base Pay Range For This Position Is$74,350 - $102,234
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
