The RoleWe’re looking for a reliable and proactive Partnerships & Affiliate Specialist to help us grow our referral and partner network.
You will identify relevant creators and communities, start conversations, maintain relationships, and turn those relationships into long-term collaboration channels that generate opportunities.
This is a structured role with clear ownership and measurable results.
What You’ll DoPartner Research & Outreach- Identify relevant creators, communities, and professional groups aligned with our audience
- Evaluate engagement quality (not only followers)
- Start outreach conversations via Linked In, email, or social platforms
- Maintain consistent and professional follow-ups
- Build long-term relationships with partners
- Keep partners informed about our services and updates
- Maintain organized communication records
- Become a trusted point of contact
- Share partnership terms and referral structures
- Track referrals and partner activity
- Maintain documentation of agreements
- Support onboarding of new partners
- Monitor which partners generate opportunities
- Identify high-performing channels
- Suggest improvements to messaging and targeting
- Maintain organized reports
- Coordinate with marketing and leadership
- Share feedback from partners
- Help improve positioning and communication
Requirements
- 2+ years in partnerships, customer success, sales support, recruitment, or outreach roles
- Strong written communication in English
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with U.S. teams and time zones
- Able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
- Reliable follow-up and accountability
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, HR services, or B2B services
- Experience working with influencers or referral programs
- Familiarity with Linked In outreach
- Experience tracking leads in spreadsheets or CRM
- New partners joining consistently
- Active communication with partners
- Reliable tracking of referrals
