What you’ll do
As a Business Coach / Consultant, you’ll work with business owners to improve how their companies run and help them build a business that is worth more when they’re ready to exit.
Core responsibilities- Meet with new leads and guide them through the decision to become an Exit Factor client
- Run 1 : 1 consulting sessions using the Exit Factor system and methodology
- Recommend and assign supporting content from our online curriculum to reinforce progress between sessions
- Complete initial training and certification, then participate in ongoing education and community learning
- Exit Factor has grown into a national franchise with 30+ locations across 18 states
- The exit planning market is expanding quickly with a large number of owners expected to transition in the next decade
- Flexibility : remote work and the ability to scale your hours up or down
- Strong support : training, proven systems, corporate resources, and a community of consultants
