- Create, amend, and close purchase requisitions while reviewing information in State contracts and agreements
- Validate and reconcile receivers and invoices for payment; prepare claim memos and payment vouchers
- Assist with projects related to facility reconfiguration, relocation, and furniture/build-out
- Maintain records for various business activities and oversee the use of Ghost Cards
- Identify issues in business operations and propose solutions to streamline processes
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or seven (7) years of related experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in business operations or related areas
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently analyze data and issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and database management
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving requirements for State business
- Experience with project management and process improvement methodologies
- Familiarity with Arizona Procurement Portal (APP) and fiscal management practices
- Additional certifications or training in relevant administrative practices
