What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Strategize, build, and implement product plans for assigned markets while ensuring compliance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure wildfire mitigation programs are operationally scalable
  • Actively influence state policy and industry forums related to wildfire mitigation and market sustainability
  • Represent the employer in public forums and trade associations to promote property insurance solutions
  • Oversee product performance and supervise all aspects of product delivery for assigned markets
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of related work experience, with 5+ years in the personal lines P&C insurance industry
  • Prior experience in state product management or related functions such as pricing or product strategy
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
  • In-depth product management expertise and advanced understanding of profitability drivers
