• Structure problems and build the work plan by defining hypotheses and prioritizing analyses
• Lead core analyses including financial/profitability analysis and operational diagnostics
• Synthesize insights into a cohesive point of view with clear recommendations for executives
• Manage day-to-day workstream operations, including timelines, risks, and stakeholder alignment
• Facilitate client working sessions and present findings with strong communication skills

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or operational leadership
• Experience in complex environments such as industrials, aerospace, energy, or consumer products
• Military leadership experience in high-complexity settings is a plus
• Proven ability in structured problem solving, quantitative analysis, and executive communication
• Willingness to travel weekly (up to 80%)

• MBA strongly preferred
• Background in private equity value creation or large-scale transformation programs
