Senior Strategy & Business Operations Manager

• Drive strategy, business planning, execution, and performance processes for strategic priorities
• Partner with Product Marketing and cross-functional leaders to deliver Business and Marketing strategies
• Manage end-to-end execution of plans and initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment
• Plan and facilitate executive reviews, capturing notes and action items
• Proactively identify and manage risks within projects and communicate status to stakeholders

• Minimum 8 years of experience in business operations, consulting, strategy, or product management
• Proven experience in developing and executing both high-level and operational business strategies
• Experience driving change and managing complex, cross-functional projects end-to-end
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field

• MBA or other relevant advanced degree
• Experience with planning processes, metrics, and performance measurement
• Background in a SaaS software company
• Proven leadership skills and experience working with high-level executives
