• Interacting directly with customers to understand what they are really asking for
• Collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to define the product roadmap
• Prioritizing and defining new features and product improvements based on business goals and customer needs
• Partnering daily with user experience and product engineering to design and build features that customers love
• Writing release notes that help others understand the impact of new features and how to market, sell, and support them exceptionally well
• Leading cross-functionally to coordinate on-time launches
• Measuring and improving product adoption, usage, and satisfaction

• A true passion for technology and product building
• Ability to think strategically about your products and still be crystal clear about the details
• Action-oriented with an amazing drive to ship
• Care for customers and appreciation that feedback is a gift
• 5+ years as a product manager at a growing SaaS company
• Proven success delivering exceptional product launches again and again
