This is a full-time hybrid role for a Six Sigma Master Black Belt Consultant, based in Tysons Corner, VA with flexibility for partial remote work. The consultant will lead business process improvement initiatives, apply quality management principles, conduct thorough business analyses, and provide strategic consulting services to clients. Daily responsibilities include assessing client needs, driving process optimizations, developing improvement strategies, and facilitating the implementation of solutions to achieve desired outcomes.

• Expertise in Business Process Improvement and Quality Management
• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Business Analysis
• Proven experience in Consulting and guiding organizations in achieving measurable results
• Strong communication, facilitation, and client relationship management skills
• Certification as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt
• Experience working in government or private sector environments is a plus
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in a relevant field
