• Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, business, or a related field
• 8+ years of related work experience with 5+ years in the personal lines P&C insurance industry
• Prior experience in state product management, analytical, product specialist, or market generation roles
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
• In-depth product management expertise and understanding of financial drivers of profitability

• Advanced degree, CPCU designation, or actuarial designations
• Experience shaping company culture and supporting employee resource groups
• Consultative leadership orientation with advanced negotiation skills
• Proven track record of motivating and influencing others at all levels
• Willingness to invest extra time to fulfill business needs
