We are currently expanding and seeking a Remote Travel Booking Consultant to work directly with clients in planning and coordinating personalized vacation experiences.

This is not a traditional call-center booking role. In this position, you will consult with travelers, help them select vacation options aligned with their preferences and budget, and manage reservations for cruises, resort stays, theme park vacations, and destination travel experiences. You will also develop your own client base using online networking and relationship-building strategies.

This opportunity is best suited for individuals who enjoy working independently, building professional relationships, and providing thoughtful guidance throughout the travel planning process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct consultations with prospective travelers

  • Research and present customized vacation options

  • Coordinate bookings, changes, and itinerary updates

  • Maintain communication before and during travel

  • Develop visibility through digital platforms to attract new clients

  • Stay current on supplier policies and destination updates

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting

  • Willingness to learn booking systems and digital outreach strategies

  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or education is helpful but not required
