As the Senior Product Manager for Nerd Wallet’s Small and Medium Business vertical, you will define and execute product strategy, building products that help business owners achieve their goals. This role connects customer insights, data, and business strategy to deliver scalable solutions that drive meaningful impact for SMBs across lending, banking, and financial management. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, analytics, and go‑to‑market partners to bring innovative solutions to market, balancing long‑term vision with thoughtful execution and measurable business outcomes.
Grounded in data and customer feedback, you will continuously evaluate performance, refine priorities, and communicate product vision, strategy, and results to stakeholders and executive leadership.
This role reports to the Sr. Director & Head of SMB Product, Engineering and Design.

Create playbooks, define best practices, and contribute to a culture of executional excellence across SMB.
5+ years of experience as a product manager
Strategic thinking and roadmap development:
Proven ability to develop and drive product strategies and roadmaps that align with business objectivesCustomer‑centric approach:
Expertise in gathering and analyzing customer feedback, understanding user needs, and translating these into actionable product featuresCross‑functional collaboration:
Experience working closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive product development and go‑to‑market strategiesData‑driven decision making:
Proficiency in using data to inform product decisions, set KPIs and measure successAgile methodology experience:
Familiarity with agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and rapid testingExcellent communication skills:
Ability to articulate product vision and influence stakeholders at all levelsStrong design sense or UX experience:
Ability to collaborate closely with designers and prioritize user experience for SMB usersFamiliarity with the SMB market:
Knowledge of the challenges and needs of small to medium‑size businesses
This role will be remote (based in the U.S.).
