Senior Product Development Coordinator; Remote

In this role, you will significantly impact our product development lifecycle, ensuring that every detail is meticulously managed. Your organization and communication skills will help keep our fast-paced team on track as you coordinate licensing and production processes. You will be integral in liaising between designers and licensors while maintaining clear communication across teams.

Your ability to juggle multiple responsibilities will ensure that our innovative product ideas come to life effectively.

• Review product and packaging files for accuracy
• Submit materials across 40+ licensing platforms
• Read and share licensor feedback with designers
• Double-check packaging files before factory submission
• Communicate clearly across teams and provide direction to designers based on feedback

• Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to prioritize tasks and self-manage effectively
• Comfortable with Zoom video meetings
• A team player with a fun and outgoing personality

• $1600 - $2000 per month*
