The You Tube Business Central Strategy and Operations Team is responsible for leading global, cross‑functional initiatives to drive the unprecedented growth and health of the You Tube creator and partner ecosystem. The core capabilities of the team include planning and business operations, incentives design and operations, and business strategy and operations for the three regions:
Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

In this role, you will be a key partner to You Tube AMER Partnerships teams, helping them to bring our Creator products to market. You will advocate creators and partners, helping to bring their feedback to product teams to ensure our platform meets the needs of all of our creators and partners. The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $118,000–$170,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Own the AMER product go‑to‑market strategy for Creator products; support the launch of these products in AMER markets.
• Work seamlessly with Global Product Activation team and the AMER You Tube Partnerships team to drive business outcomes and product adoption goals, while also leading cross‑functional projects working with a broad stakeholder set.
• Synthesize and prioritize regional product feedback and make recommendations on product roadmap.
• Collaborate with global product, regional and country teams on pilots, program assessments, and cross‑functional engagements to drive market growth and support business plan.
