Operations Training & Support

  • Proactively identify areas for operational development and implement effective solutions with team members and leadership.
  • Monitor operations metrics and key performance indicators to exceed objectives.
  • Support cross‑functional initiatives, provide insights to drive continuous process enhancements, and ensure seamless integration of new operational practices.
  • Facilitate comprehensive process training, hands‑on sessions, onboarding programs, and workshops for operations and newly acquired teams.
  • Equip operations members to manage both standardized procedures and regional‑driven requirements while maintaining alignment with company policies and compliance.
  • Serve as a primary source for ongoing education, assist system navigation, clarify procedures, and share best practices.
  • Keep training materials and process guides up to date and manage relevant communications.
Operational Oversight & Administration
  • Oversee service operations, monitor performance, track key metrics, and assess processes to maintain company standards.
  • Handle procedural challenges, system support requests, resolve order‑related concerns, and collaborate with other operations support members.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies, propose actionable improvements, and uphold consistency, process integrity, and exceptional customer service.
Acquisition & Transition Support
  • Assist acquisition teams, Operations Support team, and Master Data Specialists with service data setup, test transactions, and integration of operations data.
  • Oversee system setup during acquisitions, ensure due diligence, and train new staff in company procedures and systems.
  • Coordinate communication across departments during the acquisition process, provide troubleshooting support, and resolve operational issues to enable smooth transition.
Other Duties
  • Contribute to positive company branding by projecting a knowledgeable, professional, and customer‑oriented image online and in person.
  • Key role in Project Stellar (Wings) implementation—pre‑go‑live, go‑live, and post‑go‑live tasks—providing support and advocating for users and customer center alignment.
  • Perform duties assigned to support HOY CTS Operations objectives in accordance with Atlas Copco standards.

None

Experience & Education
  • Must have experience in SAP, Power Bi, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Visio or strong willingness to learn.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and make recommendations.
  • Experience in Atlas Copco CTS Operations a plus.
  • College degree required with 2 years of relevant experience, or a minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience within the CTS organization.
Skills
  • Self‑directed collaborator with a positive attitude; motivates others without direct authority; service oriented.
  • Flexibility to learn new tasks and support organization in new requirements that may not be predefined.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Some travel required.
