Business Development at Revolut drives growth by expanding reach and unlocking new revenue streams. They forge strategic partnerships, identify untapped markets, and turn ambitious ideas into actionable plans. Working closely across teams and industries, they lead deals that open doors and create lasting impact.
We''re looking for a Junior Business Development Manager to own and drive a strategic retail initiative.
We''re hiring across several European cities, where you''ll be targeting high-traffic locations in touristic areas and city centres (high-street retailers, hotels and restaurants, shopping malls, etc.).

What you''ll be doing- Identifying appropriate site locations and negotiating with retailers and property managers
- Developing and managing a pipeline of identified potential locations
- Exceeding quantitative and qualitative targets set by management
- Maintaining an ongoing relationship with site owners during the lifetime of the contract
- Participating in the installation and deployment project planning process, collaborating with Operations, as well as external subcontractors
- Providing recommendations to improve performance
- Performing frequent field visits to monitor and ensure quality
- 1+ years of experience in an outbound or field sales role
- To be based in one of our target European cities (Munich, Hamburg, London, or Valencia)
- Flexibility and a willingness to travel across your city
- A proven track record in achieving aggressive growth targets and building relationships with clients
- Impressive negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
- Fluency in the local language where you''re applying (C1 level)
- Legal working rights in the European Union
- Knowledge of the ATM industry
