The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for performing the work necessary to effectively and efficiently complete administrative and operational functions as well as company compliance. This position will use effective communication, collaboration, and time management, in order to provide internal support to the Area Manager, Operations Manager, project teams, and Home Office managers. Externally, the Operations Coordinator communicates regularly with customers and vendors to positively impact existing and new relationships.
The Operations Coordinator is the liaison between the Area Office and Home Office Managers.

- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office.
- Prior experience in shipping and receiving and inventory management.
- 2 years of management experience in logistics operations
- Two years or more experience working in the field of business or construction.
- Knowledgeable in accounting concepts, practices, processes, and procedures
- Oriented to provide excellent service throughout the organization
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and ERP accounting systems, with the ability and willingness to learn new software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Understanding of the project lifecycle as it relates to construction project accounting
- Excellent ability to multi-task with multiple competing tasks
- Ability to meet daily, weekly, and monthly reporting deadlines
- Coordinate timely and accurate shipments
- Ensure accuracy of orders and shipping documents
- Review vendor billing for accuracy and approval by Project team
- Oversee production timeline
- Maintain accurate and consistent receiving documentation
- Coordinate materials receipts with Quality Control representatives for acceptance, fill in for QC rep as needed.
