The Asset Analyst supports the operational and financial execution of a high‑volume portfolio of court‑appointed real estate receiverships. This role partners with Project Leads and cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate reporting, organized workflows, and timely support across distressed and fast‑moving real estate situations. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, analytical ability, and the maturity to operate in a complex, deadline‑driven environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support the daily execution of 30–50 receivership cases, including documentation management, coordination with property managers, attorneys, vendors, and internal leadership.
- Maintain and update spreadsheets, trackers, timelines, and reporting tools to ensure accurate case status, financial information, and operational deliverables.
- Compile and analyze property‑level data including rent rolls, cash flow summaries, operating KPIs, and budget variances to identify issues, risks, and opportunities.
- Assist with the preparation of court‑required materials, case summaries, exhibits, and internal/external reporting packages.
- Organize and maintain case files, notices, correspondence, and documentation in a structured, audit‑ready format.
- Collaborate with project teams to support receivership objectives, ensure compliance with mandates, and manage logistical and administrative tasks.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance workflow efficiency, documentation standards, and data accuracy across receivership operations.
- BA/BS in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate operations, asset management, distressed assets, loan servicing, or a related role (including internships).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with proficiency in Excel (spreadsheets, formulas, charts, data management).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to summarize complex information.

This position is based in the Dallas office with hybrid flexibility depending on business needs. Standard business hours apply.
