Compensation (Hourly)
- Associate Business Analyst: $9/hour
- Business Analyst: $17.50/hour
- Senior Business Analyst: $27.50/hour
- Apprentice Business Analyst: Supports projects through research, data gathering, and basic deliverables.
- Associate Business Analyst: Performs analysis and reporting tasks with increasing independence.
- Business Analyst: Independently delivers analysis such as financial modeling, market research, and strategy work.
- Senior Business Analyst: Leads complex projects, manages client relationships, and mentors junior team members.
Level is determined based on skills, experience, and readiness.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research and data analysis to support strategic recommendations.
- Build financial models, market sizing analyses, and competitive benchmarking.
- Translate complex information into clear, actionable insights.
- Manage assigned work streams, timelines, and deliverables.
- Present findings through structured, visually clear presentations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
- Structured, data-driven approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Availability overlapping with US business hours

- 6+ years in consulting, advisory, or professional services.
- Experience leading client conversations and strategic initiatives.
- Mentoring or team leadership experience.
- Background in MBB, Big 4, or strategy firms is a plus.
- Remote, freelance / contract role.
