Associate Actuary - Primary Care

• Analyze and forecast financial, economic, and other data to support strategic and operational decisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot problems and conduct root cause analysis
• Ensure data integrity by developing processes and controls for data flow
• Support the Primary Care business with a focus on IBNR and claims analytics
• Make decisions on moderately complex issues regarding technical approaches for project components

• Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Associate of Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation or higher
• At least three (3) years of healthcare actuarial experience
• Proficiency with Excel and strong communication skills
• Ability to present technical concepts to a non-technical audience

• Technical experience with SQL, Snowflake, Visual Basic, or other programming skills
