This position will be located at the Princeton, NJ US Headquarters site.

Our Sandoz flexible hybrid working approach allows US office-based employees to work up to 50% of their monthly workday remotely. This role will not have the ability to be located remotely. Preference will be given to local candidates not requiring relocation.

Minimum.

• Lead enterprise-wide assessments and enhancements of internal processes across the North America value chain as well as initiatives to simplify and streamline operations across functions, reducing complexity and improving execution.
• Architect and implement governance models that enable strategic decision-making, operational discipline, and compliance across the organization.
• Challenge legacy processes and structures to unlock speed, agility, scalability, and innovation, while embedding lean, data-driven methodologies.
• Oversee complex process improvement projects, ensuring strategic alignment, timely execution, and sustainable implementation.
• Lead change enablement efforts by designing adoption strategies, supporting enterprise training, and embedding new tools and practices into daily operations.

• Manage and execute high-priority, cross-functional projects aligned with company strategy and goals, including cost optimization, digital enablement, data transparency, and growth acceleration.

• Deliver tangible improvements in capital efficiency, margin expansion, and resource productivity.

• Act as a catalyst for cultural transformation, through influencing and inspiring teams across all levels to embrace new ways of working and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance
• MBA or advanced degree (preferred)

• 10+ years of experience in operational excellence, strategy, or transformation roles, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences.
• Proven success in leading enterprise-wide initiatives with measurable financial and operational impact.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across a matrixed organization.
• Experience with Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or other continuous improvement frameworks.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $185,500 – $344,500 USD/year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/25 through 12/31/25, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities.

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign‑on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
