National Account Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sales process for a national customer, ensuring that all objectives are met effectively. You will work in a dynamic environment that emphasizes innovation and teamwork. Your strategic input will directly contribute to the growth and success of our partner's business. Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to deliver business objectives.
  • Attain annual sales, trade‑spending, and profit goals.
  • Identify profitable growth opportunities within existing accounts and create actionable plans.
  • Analyze syndicated and consumption data to achieve overall goals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Oversee Broker Partner to achieve strategic goals by providing leadership and support.
  • Manage overall financial aspects including Siebel, Trade Spend, Deductions, and SG&A.
  • Build relationships with senior‑level contacts in key customers to maximize results.
  • Lead and collaborate with internal teams in sales, marketing, RGM, and finance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required.
  • 4-6 years of experience selling within the CPG industry.
  • Experience managing a broker network preferred.
  • Experience with Walgreens or Drug Accounts preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Syndicated Data.
  • Thorough understanding of business financials.
  • Experience presenting to executive level personnel both internally and at top Retailers.
