Equipment Share is searching for a student intern to join the Safety Team at our Home Office in Columbia, Missouri during the Spring of 2026.

Primary Responsibilities

* Establish practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand capabilities for the department and organization.

* Partner with safety management to assist in communicating notices, training materials, and other departments where projects involve other departments.

* Sets and manages project expectations while delegating and managing deliverables with team members

* Compile and share safety data with all leadership levels, ensuring accuracy and timely communication for informed decision-making and compliance.

Skills & Qualifications

What You're Working With:

* Must be actively working towards a Bachelor's degree at an accredited U.S. college/university

* Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA

* You are outgoing and have excellent communication skills

* You have high attention to detail

* You are highly organized, flexible, and able to multitask

* You have a strong desire to take on new challenges with a positive attitude

* You are a self-starter and take initiative
