The Role:

Supplier Development Consultant

The role exists to work on structured supplier development programmes that help high-potential SMEs secure commercial contracts and deliver excellence. It contributes to the business by enabling real economic change through the support of real businesses and contracts. The main focus areas include hands-on consulting to shape South Africas production-led future.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage corporates to define requirements and confirm supplier-investment funding.
• Identify and assess suppliers for strategic fit and readiness.
• Design capability upgrade programmes for high-potential SMEs.
• Coordinate partners and beneficiaries to enable commercial outcomes.
• Apply a clear, proven methodology to help SMEs deliver excellence.
• Work within a hands-on consulting capacity to drive growth and variety in industrial projects.
