This is a remote contract role focused on working with high-net-worth individuals, family office principals, accredited investors, angel investors, and key decision-makers. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with these groups, organizing investment opportunities, analyzing potential projects, facilitating joint ventures, and managing communication with stakeholders. The role requires identifying strategic investment opportunities and ensuring the seamless execution of partnership initiatives.

• Strong relationship management and communication skills to engage with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and key decision-makers.
• Experience in conducting financial analysis, due diligence, and evaluating investment opportunities.
• Proficiency in real estate and capital investment strategy, including equity partnerships and joint ventures.
• Highly motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting and effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Knowledge of private lending markets and experience collaborating with accredited investors.
• Educational background in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in leveraging professional networks to uncover business opportunities is a plus.
