VP of Design & Product & Design Project Manager Team Lead

You are passionate about driving an incredible user experience by using your strong project management and design skills. You deliver world‑class service, on time and are experienced in setting expectations, outlining steps and updating project plans. You are “all in” to do what it takes for the team.

• Serve as a bridge that links clients to the Design Team
• Coordinate and execute customization and edit requests from Brivity customers
• Increase custom design request revenue for Brivity
• Review design and content changes before they go out to the customer to ensure they meet the company’s design standards of quality
• Schedule and assign tasks to the team of web designers in a clear manner, process scopes of work in coordination with sales and design, and report on project statuses and budgets
• Ensure that each customer has an exceptional experience while working with Brivity on their website changes
• Assist the design team with small web design edits as needed

• 3+ years’ project management experience
• Design skills preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Proven project management experience
• Understanding of graphic and web design principles, including responsive design
• Experience delivering consistent, exceptional customer service
• Sharp eye for quality assurance and a strong attention to detail
• Aptitude in project and customer management systems like Trello and Hub Spot
• Ability to balance multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Ability to translate non‑technical client requests into actionable items for web designers
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to adapt with changing business needs
• Understanding of some CSS/HTML is a plus
