• Develop and maintain the roadmap and business case for transformation projects
• Establish governance and reporting mechanisms to track progress and ensure transparency for leadership
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the transformation office processes

• Proven project management skills, including the ability to structure plans and track execution
• Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of resolving complex challenges
• Financial acumen with the ability to manage team budgets effectively
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project management role, including leadership experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, or cloud certifications)
