• Be the CRO’s operating partner, managing forecast calls and translating insights into actions.
• Drive pricing governance and lead global deal desk processes.
• Modernize quote-to-cash processes, owning Salesforce CRM and CPQ.
• Lead territory and capacity planning based on annual designs.
• Operationalize AI to enhance efficiency and value in sales.
• Advance pricing strategies for AI-native offerings.
• Nurture partner co-sell initiatives and improve deal registration.
• Align with finance, legal, and product teams to ensure compliance.

• 8–12+ years of experience in Sales Ops within SaaS, ideally in cybersecurity.
• Proven track record in managing deal desk and pricing strategies.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce, CPQ, and relevant BI tools.
• Strong understanding of commercial and accounting principles.
• Excellent communication skills with a data‑driven storytelling approach.
