• Lead and manage a team of 6 National Account Managers across the U.S.
• Oversee the full P&L and assess the impact of commercial decisions on financial performance
• Drive enterprise KPIs and relevant goals to enhance market share in retail and AFH
• Make independent commercial decisions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve regional objectives
• Conduct regular travel for team engagement, customer visits, and top‑to‑top meetings with key clients

• General management experience with a focus on investment decision‑making
• Proven people management skills
• University/College degree preferred
• High levels of drive, energy, resilience, and a commitment to professional excellence
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point

• Experience working in a matrix organization
• Strong relationship‑building skills with cross‑functional stakeholders
