Job Description:

Role Summary

The Trade Loan Specialist is responsible for coordinating the design and development processes of the trade loan offer in B2C and B2B together with marketing, sales, channel support, and finance. This role will also be needed to deliver assurance of Castrol offer deployment (from contract preparation to fund disbursement), performance tracking, and continuously look to improve and develop the offer based on market and customer requirements.

What

you will deliver
  • Understand customer needs and market trend on total offer with external focus
  • Plan and manage Trade Loan budgets, program and events
  • Ensure accurate data entry into Trade Loan Satellite system for data integrity.
  • Communicate with internal team, integrate and consolidate offer and document it
  • Organize monthly trade loan performance calls and tracking reports.
  • Track offer deliverable and business performance with help from digital team
  • Lead end-to-end process for trade loan investment.
  • Provide continuous improvement ideas for trade loan processes (digitalized process)
  • Responsible for the evaluation and performance of trade loans
  • Update & analyse market status for designing offer, solution proposal and getting/measuring performance/feedback.
  • Counter competitor activities when necessary, using competitor intelligence.
  • Monitor all competitive initiatives in the market and prepare corresponding action plans.
  • Drive relationship with Sales in the development of a robust channel plans aligned to the complexities of the accounts and manages proper roll‑out in trade.
  • Achieve sales budget and product profit goals within allocated marketing resources, including achievement of targeted market share
  • Seeking to understand channels/customers' expectation on product margin/profitability and manage their expectation.
What you will need to be successful
  • Minimum 5-8 years' experience with more than 3 years' experience of in sales, business development, trade marketing, and/or customer relationship management
  • Previous operation experience, exposure to sales or related customer management activities
  • Demonstrated business understanding and awareness of internal and external customer needs
  • University degree OR equivalent is desirable
