- Lead the quarterly forecasting and planning process for the Commercial Lines division
- Communicate data-driven insights for performance management and strategic priorities
- Support FP&A transformation initiatives to enhance insights and improve efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related area
- 8+ years of related professional experience, including 5+ years in FP&A/Treasury functions
- Advanced analytical skills to identify problems and develop solutions
- Strong understanding of Income Statement and Balance Sheet components
- Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills to build trust with business leaders
- Postgraduate coursework is a plus
- Experience with capital management in the insurance industry
- Familiarity with Oracle systems preferred
- Understanding of insurance industry trends and regulatory requirements
- Strong mathematical and organizational skills
