As an Operations Specialist Sr within PNC's Securities Settlement organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, or Philadelphia, PA.

Operations Specialist Sr will be working in the Securities Settlements department and be trained on everything within the department. Operations Specialist Sr will be responsible for end of day reconcilement between our PNC systems and our External custodians DTC and fed reserve system depository, as well as our Global Custodian. Responsibilities will included other duties as assigned. Looking for someone with Trade Flow Experience (a strong understanding).

Good Leadership skills would be ideal. This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

Job Description
* Executes complex transactions/processes of moderate to high risk and financial value utilizing standard policies and procedures.

May have specific responsibility for one or multiple specialized products or functional areas.
* Identifies and addresses exceptions. Serves as a point of escalation for complex transactions. Partners internally with service partners to route calls, documents or other action items to complete transactions. Interacts with external customers to complete transactions.
* Ensures the appropriate materials and documentation are available to complete transactions.
* Provides consultation and advice to internal and external customers. Reviews existing processes, recommends improvements and drives implementation. Serves as a subject matter resource for process improvement projects. Trains and onboards new hires.
* Reviews transactions and related documents to verify completeness, accuracy, conformance to established service levels and compliance with applicable policies and procedures. Education Bachelors Certifications No Required Certification(s) Licenses No Required License(s) Pay Transparency Base Salary: $37,000.00 - $69,850.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
