• Structure work streams, assign owners, and create charters for projects
• Partner with regions to define work packages and execution teams
• Develop and maintain the roadmap and business case for initiatives
• Establish governance and reporting mechanisms to track progress and ensure transparency
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the transformation office

• Strong project management skills with the ability to structure plans and track execution
• Experience in collaborating with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Proven problem‑solving skills with a history of resolving complex challenges
• Financial acumen to manage team budgets effectively
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a project management role, including leadership experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, or cloud certifications)
• Experience in a transformation or operational excellence environment
