The role of the Business Sales & Delivery Leader is to build strategic partnerships for long-term client success. As a member of the market's senior leadership team, you will report to the Regional VP of the market. You will be responsible for ensuring the proper execution of the market's overall client expansion plan. You will be responsible for establishing and expanding relationships with a portfolio of clients of over $5M in revenue.
To be successful, you must be able to establish trust, confidence and partnership - for the purpose of identification and capture of new business and technical opportunities. You must also be proficient in understanding and documenting client expectations to ensure attainment, identify risks and develop/implement remediation plans.

Nurturing deep, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as their trusted advisor - Client Retention:
Ensuring that clients remain satisfied and continue to see value in our partnership over time - Strategic Guidance:
Offering strategic insights, ensuring that our solutions align with the client's long-term business goals - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and meet the evolving needs of the client

This role can be worked from anywhere within the US
Required technical and professional expertise- BA or BS degree from an accredited college or university required
- 10+ years of traditional management consulting experience preferred
- 10+ years of experience at a leading consulting firm preferred
- Ability to travel up to 25%
