Sr Data Analyst - remote

In this role, you will be at the forefront of analyzing extensive datasets in the residential property market. Your insights will not only assist diverse clients such as lenders and developers but will also contribute to strategic decision-making processes, enhancing the effectiveness of property valuation methods.

• Manage, maintain, and analyze extensive datasets to uncover new insights.
• Conduct AVM analysis and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Collaborate with Data Sales colleagues on high-quality data outputs.
• Present AVM findings and commentary to the research team and clients.
• Participate in various projects within the AVM team.
• Support senior management in client meetings at the C-suite level.

• Degree qualified with robust analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in interpreting complex data and presenting conclusions clearly.
• Experience analyzing property/valuation data.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Power
  
  BI, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with coding languages such as SQL and DAX is highly desirable.
• Keen interest in current affairs and the residential property market.
