• Develop project charters with direction from stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Manage project tasks, schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely completion
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across sales, revenue operations, and other departments
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership and project stakeholders

• 3-5 years of experience in Project Management
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Wrike) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point

• Experience in B2B insurance
• Experience managing cross-functional teams
• Experience with stakeholder engagement and change management
• Certification in project management methodologies
• Strong time management and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments
