Minassa is a boutique advisory firm specializing in business consulting and real estate advisory across the GCC. We work on high-impact projects including feasibility studies, market research, real estate advisory, and business strategy — for clients across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the wider region.
We are looking for a sharp, driven Business Consultant to join our growing team and take ownership of consulting projects from start to finish.
What You'll Be Working On:- Feasibility studies for real estate and hospitality developments
- Market research and competitive analysis
- Real estate advisory and highest & best use assessments
- Business strategy and advisory projects across the GCC
- 1–3 years of experience in consulting, real estate advisory, or a related field — ideally from a top-tier firm (Deloitte, Knight Frank, JLL, CBRE, McKinsey, or similar)
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic
- Master's degree from a top-tier university in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field (local or international) with a minimum GPA of 3.5/4.0
- Ability to work independently and manage projects remotely with no physical colleague interaction
- Ambitious, fast learner, structured and self-motivated — you don't need someone to push you to deliver
- Based in UAE, Saudi Arabia, or Lebanon
- Lebanese nationals must hold a second passport
- Available to start within 2 months
- Full flexibility — remote work with the possibility of relocating to the UAE or KSA (residency provided by the company)
