Who You Are- Top 1% written and verbal communication skills, comfortable communicating with C‑level executives.
- Strong SQL and Python skills; experience with large, event‑driven datasets.
- Strong working familiarity with analytical and statistical techniques for general analysis, time series modeling, forecasting and identifying causal relationships.
- Familiarity with common analytics concepts (funnels, retention, cohort analysis, experiment design).
- Ability to partner with business leaders and turn questions into structured analysis.
- History of writing easy‑to‑follow code and effective documentation for your projects.
- Experience with dbt, Hex, and experimentation platforms is a plus.
- Experience in investment banking, private equity or top‑tier management consulting.
- Expertise in stakeholder management: connecting with real users day‑to‑day, helping them solve issues and understand good patterns for using our tools.
- Curiosity about machine learning: theoretical or practical knowledge of machine learning workflows and terminology.

BenefitsThe base salary range for this role is $165,000 to $242,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

We prioritize a hybrid work environment. Remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration.
