This is a full-time hybrid role for a Kitchen and Bath Designer located in the Nashville Metropolitan Area, with some flexibility to work from home. The Kitchen and Bath Designer will collaborate with clients to create custom designs, provide creative and practical solutions, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the design process. Responsibilities include designing kitchens and bathrooms, preparing detailed layouts, managing cabinetry specifications, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining effective communication with clients and team members.
Qualifications- Strong expertise in Kitchen & Bath Design and Cabinetry
- Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in Sales and the ability to understand client needs
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Sketch Up, or 2020 Design) is a plus
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience in the kitchen and bath industry is preferred
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is an advantage
